Who We Are

Claudia LachClaudia Lach founded Lach Training & Consulting in 2000, after 15 years of experience in education, nonprofit management, and higher-education administration. A native of Argentina and former Assistant Dean of the International Business School at Brandeis University, Ms. Lach is an effective consultant, trainer, facilitator, and coach. She is skillful at engaging groups and creating highly participatory activities that raise awareness and understanding in experiential ways. She has significant experience working in small and large settings and with very diverse audiences.

Lach Training & Consulting collaborates with a wide range of experienced associates to meet the specific needs of each project.

Ms. Lach is an International Coaching Federation certified coach. She serves as an Efficacy Coach for Global Novations and works with their clients in their Emerging Leaders Development Program. She is also a member of the coaching team at Third Sector New England.

Ms. Lach is a trained mediator, trained in Future Search and certified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). She holds a Master's in Management from Lesley University, a Master's in Museum Studies from City College of the City University of New York, and a B.A. in Education and Art History from Haifa University, Israel. Currently, she serves as an adjunct faculty member at Boston University School of Management.
